My favorite from old Truth Thursday posts is from a prompt “Today I Carry” because it’s interesting to see what we have picked up and let go along the way in our journey. As much as we would like them to be otherwise, our hearts are much like are hands and arms, they have a limited capacity.

So, for the second Truth Thursday, let’s all ponder and write about this:
